据3月18日德阳日报报道,落户于四川省德阳市、目前全球最大的工业级3D打印项目康硕集团西部基地将在本月底投产。该项目为何最终选址德阳?康硕集团负责人透露了理由:首先,德阳市委八届七次全会提出打造具有国际竞争力的装备智造之都,引领“德阳制造”向“德阳智造”转变,让康硕感受到了德阳对诸如3D打印技术这样的高精尖技术满满的诚意;其次,德阳制造业实力雄厚,作为目前的高精尖技术集团,康硕可以更好地融入德阳大环境,更便利地获得上下游配套;第三,过半的中国重工业产业集中在中国西部地区,落户德阳可以更好地贴近市场。

The head of Kangshuo Group revealed the reasons: First, the Seventh Plenary Session of the Eighth Plenary Session of the Deyang Municipal Committee proposed to build an internationally competitive equipment-making capital, leading the “Deyang Manufacturing” to “Deyang Zhizhi”. The transformation made Kang Shuo feel the sincerity of Deyang's high-tech technology such as 3D printing technology. Secondly, Deyang's manufacturing strength is strong. As the current high-tech technology group, Kangshuo can better integrate into Deyang University. The environment is more convenient to obtain upstream and downstream facilities. Third, more than half of China's heavy industry industry is concentrated in the western part of China, and Deyang can be better placed close to the market.


据悉,基地将引进48套全球顶级工业级3D打印生产线,主要为二重、东汽、东电及西南地区的重点工业企业进行合作,推动增材制造等先进科技与传统工业的结合应用,以此带动德阳产业转型升级。通过将3D打印与德阳的优势传统工业相结合,进行产业转型升级,以达到“工业4.0”标准,加速推动和振兴德阳工业,促进经济高质量发展。

成都作为西部增材制造的核心基地,将增材制造产业作为推动传统产业转型升级的五大“未来产业”之一,产业基础初步具备,未来发展前景十分广阔。首先,四川的一批企业已经具备较成熟的产业化能力和市场竞争力。截至2017年8月,成都共有增材制造技术材料开发企业10余家、增材制造装备及关键组件开发企业6家、控制及集成系统开发企业10余家。其次,成都增材制造产业布局逐渐展开。其中,彭州依托中国3D航空小镇,重点对接航空制造业需求,引进四川省增材制造技术协会,未来发展动力较足、潜力较大。青白江拥有攀钢钒钛研究院作为支撑,在新材料领域具有较大发展空间。金堂计划结合智能制造产业布局,积极发展增材制造业。

四川的下游应用场景丰富。一是正在应用或计划应用增材制造技术的组织或机构较多。其中企业及科研院所达60余家,成飞集团、成发集团、中国核动力研究设计院等一批企事业单位已将增材制造技术用于生产制造和产品研发。二是成都具备应用领域的技术基础。航空航天、汽车、医疗器械和军工制造等是增材制造技术的主要工业应用领域,成都在上述领域积淀了相当的技术基础,特别在航空关键零部件再制造、金属材料等领域具有较突出优势。三是消费应用领域比较活跃。在消费级增材制造方面,成都主要发力教育和文创领域。四川大学与太尔时代合作建立3D打印机实验室,市科技局和锦江区政府联合打造“成都3D打印设计体验中心”,消费级市场正逐步形成。
