随着科技进步以及人民生活水平逐渐提高,垂直电梯作为代步工具和载运货物的工具被越来越广泛的使用。目前中国是全球最大的电梯生产国和消费国。中国电梯产量和消费量在全球占比都达到60%以上。数据显示,截至2016年末,中国电梯的保有量已经达到493.69万台,居全第球第1位。并且每年以超过20%的增长率快速增长,使我国成为了世界最大的电梯新装市场。

With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards, vertical elevators have become more and more widely used as means of transportation and tools for carrying goods. China is currently the world's largest elevator producer and consumer. China's elevator production and consumption account for more than 60% of the world's total. The data shows that as of the end of 2016, the number of elevators in China has reached 4,936,900 units, ranking first in the total number of goals. And with a rapid growth rate of more than 20% every year, China has become the world's largest elevator new clothing market.

电梯零件包括机械件、钣金件、电气零部件和标准件,其中60%的电梯零部件为钣金件,涉及的数量有近1,000种。电梯行业的不断发展壮大也无疑对于钣金加工行业也起到了积极推动的作用。目前电梯行业的零部件已经基本形成了以国产化为主的趋势,尤其是中低速电梯和提升高度10米以下的扶梯领域,配套零件基本都是国内企业生产。

2013年4月的汉诺威工业博览会上,德国政府率先提出了“工业4.0”概念,即以“智能制造”为主导的第四次工业革命。这一概念的提出,影响了全球工业制造的趋向和发展。因此面对强势来袭的“工业4.0”,电梯行业也面临着洗牌和转型,“电梯行业4.0”也在朝着智能制造的方向发展。

智能化-是在信息化的基础上对设备进行控制,实现并达到目的。为了实现电梯钣金的智能化和信息化,许多企业开始将MES系统引进到生产中。MES系统最大的优势是可以让管理者能更直观的了解电梯钣金的加工速度和质量,因而在有效信息的前提下,作出更加符合多样化需求的决策。近日已有报道称国内某家大型国产电梯企业已经以机器人等百余台自动设备为基础,融入先进的ERP、OA、MES等系统,通过机器之间智能协同工作,使电梯主要钣金件加工全自动化,可实现材料传送、裁剪、成型等无人全自动作业,率先实现工业4.0生产模式,打造了无人化智慧工厂。

It realizes the industrial 4.0 production mode in advance and builds an unmanned and intelligent factory.
