根据四川省统计局在今年1月份发布的最新数据显示，经初步核算，2018年四川省实现地区生产总值（GDP）40678.13亿元，按可比价格计算，比上年增长8%，增速比全国平均水平高1.4个百分点。其中第二产业增加值15322.72亿元，增长7.5%。

According to the latest data released by the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Statistics in January this year, Sichuan Province achieved a gross regional product (GDP) of 4,067.813 billion RMB in 2018, calculated at comparable prices, an increase of 8% over the previous year. The national average is 1.4 percentage points higher. The added value of the secondary industry was 1,532.272 billion RMB, an increase of 7.5%.

全年规模以上工业增加值比上年增长8.3%，比全国平均水平高2.1个百分点。其中，与钣金行业息息相关的计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造业增长14.4%，汽车制造业增长3.6%。 在投资方面，其中工业投资7178.7亿元，增长8.1%。与钣金相关的家用电器和音像器材类增长13.2%，通讯器材类增长8.9%，汽车类增长3.2%。

The added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 8.3% over the previous year, 2.1 percentage points higher than the national average. Among them, the computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries closely related to the sheet metal industry grew by 14.4%, and the automobile manufacturing industry grew by 3.6%. In terms of investment, industrial investment was 718.87 billion RMB, an increase of 8.1%. Household appliances and audio-visual equipment related to sheet metal increased by 13.2%, communications equipment category increased by 8.9%, and automobile category increased by 3.2%.
《成都市产业发展白皮书》中明确提出，成都市重点产业园（集聚区）分为国家级新区及开发区和产业新城两部分，66个产业园涵盖了先进制造业、现代服务业和融合产业、都市现代农业，覆盖了成都22个区（市）县。先进制造业产业园包括成都先进材料产业园、新都高新技术产业园等16个产业园区，涉及了机械装备，汽车制造，电子设备制造等多个领域，为钣金制造业的发展保驾护航。

The "White Paper on Chengdu Industrial Development" clearly states that Chengdu's key industrial parks (aggregate areas) are divided into two parts: national new districts and development zones and industrial new cities. 66 industrial parks cover advanced manufacturing, modern service industries and converged industries. Urban modern agriculture covers 22 districts (cities) and counties in Chengdu. The Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park includes 16 industrial parks including Chengdu Advanced Materials Industrial Park and Xindu High-tech Industrial Park. It covers various fields such as mechanical equipment, automobile manufacturing, and electronic equipment manufacturing, and escorts the development of sheet metal manufacturing.
