投资800亿，积极吸引社会资本参与
据悉，机场工程总投资799.8亿元，其中，民航局安排民航发展基金180亿元；首都机场集团公司安排自有资金60亿元；空管工程总投资41.6亿元；供油工程机场场区内项目投资22亿元；新机场还积极吸引社会资本参与，其中不乏民用机场建设、城市管网建设、铁路建设、城市轨道交通等基础设施项目，300亿元投资将有望向民资开放！
