According to 'the 13th Five-Year Plan’ , 10 new airports will be constructed while 30 need to be renewed in northwest China (total investment CNY 262.56 Billion), 11 new airports and 43 renewed ones in south China(total investment CNY 257.91 Billion), 12 new and 43 renewed in central China(total investment CNY 276.74 Billion), 14 new and 36 renewed ones in east China(total investment CNY 373.19 Billion), 13 new airports and 36 renewed ones in southwest China(total investment CNY 329.59 Billion),
