此外自助服务流程、网络安全、旅客移动服务的应用程序也是全国“千万级”机场2018年投资的重点！其中尤为重要的是机场自助服务。据SITA调查，75%的中国机场将在2020年，提供机场外自助值机亭服务；63%的机场将提供自助值机亭打印行李牌服务；75%机场提供自助行李托运。机场略有欠缺的是关于丢失行李找回的自助服务，只有17%的机场在这个方向上已经实施。未来在丢失行李登记或者行李找回服务上，机场会有更多投入。
